These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the digital products and services provided by QuickSparcâ˘, a brand operated by RezRicchh Ltd.
By purchasing, downloading, or using any QuickSparc product, you agree to these Terms in full.
QuickSparc offers downloadable software tools, presets, and scripts for video editors and creatives. All products are delivered digitally via email, download link, or customer portal.
Each purchase grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the product for:
1.Personal projects
2.Commercial client work
3.Unlimited projects on your own devices
You may not:
1.Resell, share, or redistribute the product
2.Upload to file-sharing sites or marketplaces
3.Modify and claim as your own
All intellectual property remains the sole property of RezRicchh Ltd.
Payments are processed via secure third-party services (e.g., Stripe, SendOwl, or Shopify). All prices are listed in USD or GBP unless otherwise specified.
No physical items will be shipped.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. No refunds will be provided once the download has been accessed or delivered.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
